Personal Trainer Northwich Cheshire
Personal Training is either done on a one 2 one basis or with another person this can be a friend or family member. Training will take place either at your home, in an out door space or at a gym. I will initially send you a health, wellness & lifestyle questionnaire to fill in so I can obtain as much information as possible.
Once you have filled in the questionnaire & have sent it back to me. I will contact you to arrange to do an assessment. This will involve a postural & movement assessment, measurements & total weight & body composition. I will also take photos of you which are a great way for you to see changes in your body shape.
We will discuss your health, wellness & life style questionnaire & actions we we take to get you on your journey, which will include booking you in for your first training session.
Our training sessions will be based on a program I have specifically design for you based on your goals.
Having optimal posture, flexibility, muscular balance & core stability are key for you to achieve optimal training results & for your body to move & function as it should.
Our initial sessions are likely to be based on these to focus on rebalancing posture. I will give you a program of exercises to do after I am happy that you are performing these exercises well, so you can do them in your own time. I can then work on other training goals with you.
I advise that you purchase a scale that measures your total body composition if you don’t have one already. It would be really beneficial to you if you are serious about your goals. Seeing regular changes in your body composition is a great motivator & will keep you on track. I ask you to record your stats weekly and send them to me. If you are unable to purchase a body composition scale I will assess you every 4/6 weeks.

The importance of learning how to activate muscles you are working whilst relaxing others.

Nutritional Support
I will look at your current eating habits and help you to gradually improve any bad habits by giving you small weekly goals.
